We are currently seeking an experienced Loan Processing Officer to work closely with a passionate and top performing broker.

We are solutions minded mortgage and finance brokers based in Sydney. We provide clear and honest finance broking advice to our customers and aim to build ongoing relationships.
The Role
- Processing and tracking loan applications with various financial institutions
- Administration support across the entire loan process from submission to settlement
- Liaise with clients, lenders, solicitors, real estate agents and other parties
- Gather information and documentation from clients
Essential
- Finance or lending background and minimum 12 months experience processing credit card or loan applications
- Demonstrate an understanding of loan structures and compliance requirements
- Have strong work ethics and provide a professional standard of customer service
- Clear verbal and written communication skills and ability to build relationships with diverse clients, professionals and organisations
- Computer literate and ability to manage multiple tasks using various online applications
- Strong attention to details and a high level of efficiency
- Resourcefulness and ability to work autonomously

- have desire and determination to succeed in your role and the finance industry
- will help grow the business with your experience and knowledge
Working Hours
- Full time position 9-5 or part time hours for the right candidate.
